Discoveries

We found a new park.  In my mind, a park within walking distance is almost a necessity.  Even though we have a wonderful back yard, and in the summer we spend most of our days at the beach, it is vital to have a park near by.  I Google mapped our neighborhood, found a few parks and one morning we set out to see how far away these parks were.  Not too far from our house we found this one-- De Valle park.  We like it,  
How could we not like it?  Can you believe this fire truck?
And a wading pool?  Open every day all summer?  We were too early to swim, but the kid were happy just to watch the pool fill up.
Yep, we'll be back for more climbing, swimming, sliding and swinging.  
This place, it just keeps getting better and better.
