Lo Ho, Lo Ho, A Pirate's Life for Me

The boys wanted to be pirates for Halloween this year. Which is nice because this is the first year since having kids that I haven't made them Halloween costumes. Not that my costumes are extremely amazing examples of sewing or craftiness (I use a lot of fabric glue) but, they are homemade and therefore time consuming. This year I managed to put their costumes together in a few minutes. They looked pretty darn good, too.

There are 2 things I love about the boys being pirates. One is their "arrrrgh" face, as seen here:

The other is hearing William singing "lo ho, lo ho, a pirate's life for me." He can't say his ys, so they come out as ls instead. Add that to his sweet little singing voice and you have a recipe for cuteness that is almost too much to bear. I love Halloween.

SO adorable! and very creative! I love it! I will try to get you the video of Larinda's kids singing that song. I think kids that can't pronouse all the words sing it the best!
